Chapter 1

A self-taught artist, Charles Everett began painting on a regular basis in 2011. His work was first displayed to the public during an open studio event in 2016. He has had solo exhibitions at the Daytona State College Fine Arts Gallery, The Founders Gallery at The HUB on Canal in New Smyrna Beach, FL and his paintings have been featured in The Shop at the Orlando Museum of Art.

Everett received a BA in Anthropology from the University of New Mexico in 1997 and an MBA from Rollins College in 2002. He currently lives in Deland, Florida.
